SHI moved from a 100,000 sf. facility that was never occupied to a 310,000 sf. warehouse. 35,000 sf. was added for high end office space and 60,000 sf. for an assembly packaging area. Distribution of power of existing 3000 Amp service package installed along with complete LED lighting installation in entire building with day light harvesting controls.
