Brand new, out of the ground medical office building on the campus of Palisades Medical Center. The building contains a multi-level parking deck for 200 cars and houses a new 20,000sf ambulatory surgery center consisting of six individual medical suites. Cioffi Electric did a complete electrical installation of the main service and power distribution for all 4 floors. Cioffi Electric also installed a generator back up for the building. As well as an additional generator installation for DaVita, one of the tenants within the building.

Subsequent to our work on the base building, Cioffi Electric also completed 2 fit-outs within the new building:

Sleep-Wake Center: 3,500sf facility that includes four patient rooms, one control room for patient monitoring, office areas, waiting room and a reception room.

OB/GYN: 3,500sf facility that includes six patient exam rooms, a nurse’s station, reception, waiting, restrooms and offices.
